Follow Mike and Maggie on Their Hiking Adventures

On April 14th, 2013 Maggie and I began our adventure to hike the entire Continental Divide Trail (CDT) from Mexico to Canada using our car shuttle system.  It ended up taking us several more summers to git r dun!   We are classic section hikers.  Through hikers complete the Trail in one hiking season.
  • Colorado Trail in several previous summers for 230 miles concurrent with the CDT.
  • In 2013 we completed all of NM and WY and some chunks of CO and MT.  Altogether about 2000 miles.
  • In 2014 we walked about 250 miles in MT
  • In 2015 we hiked 500 more miles in MT to finish the entire CDT!

In this WY gallery the pictures have been arranged in geographical order, from South to North.  Many of the pictures are dated, but keep in mind that the dates may not be in geographical order because we jumped around quite a bit.

Hope this is interesting - it sure was fun for us!
